Westminster Preserve

Nestled in the countryside, Westminster Preserve offers a timeless farm setting with a relaxed, romantic “toes in the grass, love on the farm” atmosphere. A comfortable and classic farm setting, it was the first of our wedding venues. Available May through mid-October, this picturesque outdoor venue features a beautifully restored mid-1800’s bank barn, a wraparound deck overlooking the property, and a charming heart-shaped pond that creates an unforgettable backdrop for your wedding day.

The Barn:

Westminster’s bank barn dates back to April 1862. The open-air barn showcases its original beams, siding, and stone foundation, blending rustic character with effortless elegance. It serves as the perfect setting for cocktail hour, dancing, and celebrating under the warm glow of twinkling lights and open skies.

Love Pond:

Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the property, the heart-shaped pond and covered water-front gazebo creates a serene and intimate ceremony space surrounded by nature.

The Tent:

The elegant reception tent offers a refined yet elegant atmosphere for dining and celebration.

Capacity and Availability:

Westminster Preserve is available May through mid-October and can accommodate up to 250 guests
