As an Armstrong Farms couple, you’ll have complimentary access to our prop shop, filled with a growing collection of decor available to use throughout your celebration. Visit the shop as many times as you want, mix and match to compliment your style, and have it waiting in the barn for you when you arrive for your weekend celebration.

As your wedding approaches, we’ll meet to review every detail together. We’ll walk through your timeline, ceremony plans, reception set up, vendor arrivals, and answer any last minute questions so everyone is on the same page before the big weekend.

Check into your lodging, unpack your bags, and soak up every moment with the people you love the most.

There’s no need to rush.

Spend the afternoon decorating, welcoming friends and family, sharing meals, and enjoying the property before the celebration begins.

We’ll make it easy.

Your coordinator will guide your ceremony rehearsal, along with your officiant, start to finish so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to expect.

After the rehearsal, gather together for an evening of great food, laughter, stories, and anticipation before the biggest day of your lives. Whether you want to keep it casual and have a cookout on the grill, bring in food trucks, or have it professionally catered, there’s plenty of space on the property to truly begin the celebration. After dinner, head back to the lodging houses to rest up before your big day.

Spend a relaxed morning getting ready in our lodging houses while your wedding party enjoys breakfast, music, laughter, and those unforgettable pre-ceremony moments.

While you’re focused on enjoying the morning, your coordinator is busy making sure everything else is exactly where it should be–guiding vendors, answering questions, coordinating deliveries, and keeping the day running seamlessly.

As guests begin to arrive, we’ll greet them, direct them where they need to go, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before the ceremony begins.

One of the biggest advantages of a wedding weekend is never feeling rushed. Take your time exploring the property with your photographer while creating beautiful memories in every season. Don’t forget about sunset pictures! Your coordinator will bring out our utility cart and take the two of you with your photographer up to the best spots on the property to catch that golden hour sky! 

Keep the party going!

As the reception ends, your coordinator will light up the post reception bonfire for those of you staying on the property. Gather around as late as you’d like for one last chance to laugh, reminisce, and enjoy the magic of your wedding day before you call it a night. 

When it’s time to leave, you’ll pack up knowing every detail was worth it. The decorations may come down, but the memories—and the beginning of your marriage—will stay with you forever.
