With extra time the day before, you can set up, settle in, and rehearse without feeling rushed. After the reception ends, the party doesn’t have to stop! Instead of hurrying to clean up and head out, you can gather around a bonfire, enjoy the outdoor space, and spend meaningful time with your closest friends and family.

Our weekend packages turn your big day into an even bigger celebration—one filled with memories that will last far beyond the ceremony.

Wedding Weekend Package

  • Full access of venue property from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning

  • Overnight lodging Friday and Saturday nights for 13-20 guests, depending on the venue

    • Includes the use of lodging houses for getting ready prior to the ceremony

  • Dedicated support and coordination from the time of booking

  • List of recommended, vetted and professional caterers and vendors

  • A Coordinator that will…

    • Help answer any questions throughout the planning process

    • Assist in finalizing the timeline

    • Coordinate your rehearsal dinner with your Officiant

    • Be on-site throughout the wedding weekend to ensure a smooth and seamless day

  • Rehearsal Dinner Space

  • Ceremony Chairs

  • Chairs and tables for Cocktail Hour and Reception

  • Ceremony and Rehearsal set up (other than personal decor)

  • Ceremony and Rehearsal Breakdown

  • John Deere Gator to take the couple and photographer around the property for pictures or to help transport guests as the celebration flows throughout the property

  • Full access to the Prop Shop

  • Post Reception bonfire
